Next on the bucket list: Surf somewhere really freaking cold

Costa Rica plans are almost finalized. Still need to iron out some minor details like flight times etc. I decided that I'm going to focus on balance and core training. Made up a pretty good workout today using the ropes again.

6 x rounds:
1 Min Rope Toss
1 Min Balance Squats
30 Sec Rest
